What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use my benefits verification, patient insurance research, customer service, and process-improvement skills in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

At Cencora, I perform patient-specific benefit research and benefit investigations for physician-administered drugs across multiple payers and plan types.

I assist with prior authorization and predetermination, identify coverage options for uninsured and underinsured patients, and research health benefit, eligibility, and patient-responsibility concerns. I collect and review insurance benefit information in accordance with program SOPs.

My earlier call center and data-entry work through Adecco, Randstad, and Corestaff strengthened my customer service, communication, time management, and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
