What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can build effective learning or community programs, use data and strong operations to expand access to opportunity, and collaborate closely with families, students, and stakeholders.

At KIPP Sharpstown Middle School, I design and deliver 6th grade math instruction for 145 students, building standards-aligned curriculum, assessments, and interventions for multilingual learners. My students achieved a 75% meeting-or-exceeding-standard rate on state and district benchmarks.

I also support school athletics by coordinating contests across five sports, maintaining eligibility and participation documentation for 75 student-athletes, and managing game-day operations.

Through the Seven Generations Scholarship Fund and Tribal Endowment Trust, I review funding requests, steward resources, coordinate disbursements, and help expand opportunities for tribal members. I launched the HPUL Student Loan Assistance Program in March 2026 and am developing an entrepreneur program targeted for a 2027 pilot.

My background also includes fundraising at the University of Washington, where I closed more than 100 gifts between $1,000 and $10,000, as well as project management for residential design and renovation projects. Across education, community programs, and operations, I bring structured planning, data-informed decision-making, and a commitment to helping people access opportunity.
