I’m a bar manager with 10 years of hospitality experience, currently working for Kaval Group in Ljubljana. I lead day-to-day bar operations—preparing beverages, serving guests, taking payments, and keeping service running smoothly.
Over the years, I’ve built strong leadership and organizational skills through roles as waiter, assistant manager, and assistant manager in catering. I handle schedules, ordering stock and supplies, inventory, and checking delivery notes, while supervising cash registers and money exchange.
I’m especially proud of the event work I’ve supported and organized—from assemblies and weddings to protocol lunches and dinners. I’ve also contributed to protocol service for embassies and VIP support in the Ljubljana airport VIP saloon for diplomats and high state officials.
Before hospitality management, I worked as a skiing instructor—teaching individuals and groups, preparing equipment, planning instruction, and leading safe, structured sessions. I bring that same clarity, energy, and people-first approach to every service environment.
