What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated chef with extensive hands-on experience across hotels, motels and private households, trained at the Highschool for Catering and Tourism in Radovljica. Over two decades I progressed from apprentice to chef de partie and private chef, developing strengths in ingredient sourcing, menu planning, baking and creating vegan meal plans.
I follow strict quality control and HACCP standards, lead small cooking workshops, and bring strong communication, organizational and leadership skills. I deliver consistent, clean, well-prepared food while mentoring others and improving kitchen operations.
