I'm seeking a Business Analyst role focused on solution documentation, requirement elicitation, and process improvement.

At Worktual Innovations, I analyzed requirements and workflows for AI-native CRM, AI Contact Center, AI ticketing, chatbot, and voice-bot products, translating business needs into functional specifications and QA scenarios.
