What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine SaaS product support with analytics and AI—helping clients succeed, translating technical capabilities into simple guidance, and improving delivery through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.

I’m an AI/ML graduate and SaaS Business Analyst who enjoys turning ambiguity into clear, actionable guidance. I’ve worked as a primary point of contact for US-based clinical clients, handling queries via chat, email, and calls while resolving software usage issues and explaining feature workarounds under pressure.

I bring hands-on product and analytics experience, including building an LLM-based Text-to-SQL conversational bot to help non-technical clinical staff self-serve complex database queries. I also engineered an AI fax parsing engine (OCR + NLP pipeline) to auto-extract and classify structured data from unstructured medical faxes, improving downstream accuracy while cutting manual effort.

I’m equally comfortable partnering with Product and Engineering through cross-functional collaboration and structured communication. From requirement gathering and documentation to Power BI KPI dashboards that track feature adoption and retention signals, I focus on proactive problem-solving, exceptional service delivery, and continuous learning.
