I’m looking for a full-time role where I can apply business analysis, SQL/Python, and Power BI to turn complex problems into clear, evidence-based recommendations—while supporting operational workflows, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in a proactive team.

I’m a data-driven problem solver with hands-on experience in business analysis, operations support, market research, stakeholder management, and strategic insight generation. In my Analyst Intern role at Thennai Tech Pvt. Ltd., I translate cross-functional needs into BRDs, user stories, and workflow documentation, while supporting consistent data management through SOPs and process documentation.

I build evidence-based outputs that drive decisions—like interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reports that improved marketing decision-making efficiency by 15%. I also strengthen quality through UAT support (test scenario design, validation, and defect documentation) and help teams continuously improve workflows by identifying gaps and recommending corrective, preventive, and strategic improvements.
