I design products that convert, and I’ve built my career around finding where users drop off, understanding why, and designing my way out of it across SaaS and B2B products at every stage of the funnel. I build design systems that hold up as products scale across brands and teams, and I work closely with PMs and engineers to think in product outcomes—not deliverables.

I don’t consider something done until it ships well and the numbers back it up. I’ve driven a 43% increase in subscriptions by revamping core search experiences and streamlining user journeys, and I’ve improved conversions with work like restructuring an obituaries search experience (26%) and clarifying pricing plans to lift subscribe-page conversions (14.23%). I’ve also boosted mobile app downloads by 23% through a full UX overhaul and App Store listing optimization, and I delivered a 10% user reactivation lift for a B2B SaaS product by addressing login friction and implementing Google & Apple SSO.

My approach blends end-to-end product design with experimentation and validation. I own UX across landing, onboarding, and search flows, run usability testing and A/B testing to strengthen KPIs, and partner on feasibility to reduce handoff friction in agile teams. I’ve also contributed to product design across marketing and learning experiences—including redesigning dashboards and building an AI-powered plagiarism and AI-generated content detection tool.
