What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support, or Computer Hardware Technician position in the UAE.

At Urban Company, I diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware and software issues, install Windows and drivers, and resolve common boot, performance, and connectivity problems.

I also perform computer maintenance, hardware upgrades, and component replacement. For customers, I provide technical assistance and explain repair or troubleshooting steps.

My work includes repairing MacBook hardware and software issues and installing macOS. I also have basic Linux knowledge and hold an Electrical Technician Repair Services certificate at NSQF Level 5.
