What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in customer support, virtual assistance, data entry, administration, or AI-related task work where I can apply my communication, customer service, and self-management skills.

I've supported customers in a fast-paced hospitality environment at Balichi Restaurant in Johannesburg, delivering friendly, efficient service while helping daily operations run smoothly.

I handled cash and card transactions, balanced cash drawers, assisted with inventory and supply orders, and trained new servers in customer service, cash handling, and menu knowledge.
