I partnered with engineering to train and validate AI models for recall data extraction while redesigning system logic for imperfect master-data environments.

Across Cardinal Health, Agrocan, Conglom, and earlier quality roles, I’ve built and operated quality systems for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, natural health products, and food. I’ve owned recalls, temperature deviations, product dispositions, traceability investigations, regulatory reporting, CAPA, and audit readiness under FDA, Health Canada, GMP/GxP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
