At McKesson Canada, I own end-to-end quality strategy for complex platforms, using risk-based coverage and automation-first approaches to support release readiness.

I partner with Product and Engineering to shape acceptance criteria, improve testability, and embed quality early in the SDLC. I turn production incidents, customer feedback, dogfooding, and defect trends into stronger coverage and earlier failure detection.

I've designed automated regression suites, repeatable QA workflows, repositories, and quality metrics, while leading backend and integration validation through advanced SQL, log analysis, and system-level verification. I also mentor QA engineers and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and technical coaching.

Earlier, I led test strategy and delivery work for clients including Shoppers Drug Mart, Points International, and RBC Dexia, and developed web applications and QA assets for the Canadian Council. My work spans test planning, API and integration testing, database validation, cross-browser testing, defect management, and CI/CD quality practices.
