Mahrosh Babar

I build geospatial insights with Python, ArcGIS, and Google Earth Engine. At the Pakistan Meteorological Department, I visualized meteorological data, processed large datasets, and developed interactive maps for daily temperature and rainfall patterns across Pakistan.

I’ve also supported research by applying remote sensing and GIS to air quality and smog questions. For example, my MS thesis investigated how smog concentration relates to winter precipitation patterns in Lahore using satellite imagery and time-series analysis in Google Earth Engine.

Outside research, I’ve handled remote operations and customer-facing coordination. As an HVAC Dispatcher with American Precision Heating & Air (with Luxdrive), I coordinate technician schedules, resolve scheduling issues, and maintain service records while communicating with customers.

I’ve led teams in fast-moving service environments too, including training coordination and QA coaching. At Ziscomm Pvt. Ltd. and Shark Technologies, I monitored quality, coached staff, communicated with US customers, and improved service standards.
