I’m an organized, motivated GIS professional focused on turning large-scale identity, demographic, and geospatial data into practical decision-support tools. I’m currently working with NADRA as a Dy. Assistant Director (GIS Developer), where I pioneered the design and development of a GIS-based integrated system within NADRA, supporting NGRIDs.

In my role, I led the transformation of national datasets into geospatially enabled formats and built an interactive web-based GIS atlas with multi-level drill-down (province to Union Council). I also integrate and process multi-source spatial datasets—using Python and QGIS—and implemented automated anomaly detection workflows to identify patterns like expired CNICs, NICOP/POC holder coverage gaps, and PBS–NADRA discrepancies.

I bring strong geospatial data architecture skills, managing PostGIS for efficient querying and visualization of 100+ million registration records. I’ve also developed Neo4j-based graph models to analyze familial relationships within identity records and built deep learning-based iris anomaly detection pipelines (with 96%+ accuracy reported in related projects), ensuring anomalies can be spatially linked for hotspot analysis and risk assessment.
