What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to organizational growth through strategic HR practices—owning end-to-end hiring, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring HR policy compliance while supporting performance through training and evaluations.

I’m an HR Specialist with an M S in Psychology and hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and performance management. I manage end-to-end hiring while ensuring HR policy compliance and strong candidate and employee experiences.

In my recent role as HR Executive at Everything Remote (Feb 2024–Feb 2026), I handled full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through interviewing and onboarding. I also administered payroll, leave management, and employee benefits, and ran training sessions and performance evaluations.

At Kingdom Trip (Sep 2022–Jul 2023), I led recruitment efforts to support organizational growth and monitored sales performance with accurate recordkeeping. I evaluated call quality and agent performance to improve efficiency and coordinated updates to senior management.

Earlier, I supported clinical work as a Psychology Internee at Fauji Foundation Hospital (Jul 2022–Oct 2022), assisting assessments and therapy sessions while maintaining confidential patient records. I also brought a communications-first mindset from my time as a Social Media Manager and Customer Service Representative, strengthening my ability to engage people and communicate clearly.
