What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a cloud engineering role in the German market where I can build hands-on Azure and infrastructure experience while applying my networking, Linux, technical support, and German-language customer communication skills.

At Concentrix supporting O2 Telefónica Germany, I diagnose DSL/VDSL, LTE/5G, eSIM, and router issues for German-speaking customers, handling complex escalations through detailed diagnostic reports.

I've also supported Airbnb users at Webhelp Cairo and translated and subtitled more than 50 German and English episodes into Arabic, helping increase viewer engagement by 75%. Across these roles, I bring clear communication in Arabic, German, and English, accuracy under pressure, and practical problem-solving.

I'm transitioning toward cloud and infrastructure engineering with CCNA certification, study of Azure AZ-900, AZ-104, and AZ-305, and introductory experience with Linux, virtual machines, and Docker concepts.
