At VALUEDigitalServices, for Banque Internationale Arabe de Tunisie, I built a MyBIAT advisory chatbot using the OpenAI Responses API and Spring WebFlux, streaming answers from the bank’s product documentation into the Android app.
I also added a speech-to-speech assistant using the OpenAI Realtime API and a two-way WebSocket. It guides users through a nine-field transfer form one field at a time, handles interruptions and similar beneficiary names, and I prototyped an on-premise version with local language, speech, and voice models.
In my SpaceOptima side project, I’m building a planogram platform with a pure Dart editor engine and a NestJS backend using Clean Architecture and CQRS. It runs on Android, iOS, Windows, and web, with GitHub Actions pipelines and Prometheus and Grafana dashboards.
