I plan production activities, schedules, and manpower allocation, and coordinate material handling across cutting, welding, bending, and assembly stations. I apply Kaizen and 5S to improve material handling and storage.
Previously, at NibeDefenceand AerospaceLimited, I managed shift planning and supported improvements to production flow through Kaizen and cycle-time reduction. At L&TDefence, I supported assembly, integration, and testing of weapon systems and engineering systems, and used ERP LN for material tracking and full kitting.
