What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in UAV, aerospace manufacturing, or technical project delivery where I can contribute process planning, production documentation, cost estimation, field coordination, and data-driven operational improvement. I'm willing to travel and relocate across India.

I've supported LCA Mk1A and HTT-40 assembly lines at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, managing 45+ routing sheets, BOMs, capacity plans, and ECO revisions. My process-planning work reduced documentation lead time by 20% while supporting AS9100 standards.

I develop production-ready 2D and 3D CAD models and layouts in Siemens NX and AutoCAD, applying GD&T and DFM. I've also led cost estimation, BOM analysis, digital work instructions, and alternative datum-based assembly strategies for complex hydraulic linkages and UAV manufacturing planning.

My background also includes production assembly and quality inspection of tractor hydraulic components at Mita India, along with operational scheduling, vehicle deployment, maintenance coordination, and data analysis for MP Police Dial-100.
