I'm currently managing Pan-India digital door lock installation and service operations at DazzlEdge Technologies. I coordinate installation and after-sales service for 7–8 brands, helping ensure timely support and customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

As a single point of contact for clients, I assign and track technician appointments, manage escalations, coordinate with customers and technicians, and maintain service quality. I also handle MIS reports, service records, operational data, billing coordination, brand payment sheets, and payment tracking.

Previously, at Dr. IT on the Paytm/OCL process, I handled customer queries through voice and non-voice channels and delivered timely issue resolution. My experience is grounded in clear communication, teamwork, organization, and end-to-end customer support.

Alongside operations work, I've completed training placements at Solitaire Infosys and Repozitory Technologies, where I supported software development, testing, real-time projects, and system management. I hold a Diploma in Computer Science and continue building my technical knowledge in Python, JavaScript, HTML, MySQL, C, and Java.
