What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive inclusive, patient-centric commercialization—owning P&L, shaping brand and portfolio strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to accelerate regulated launches with strong market access, HTA, and digital engagement.

I’m a senior pharmaceutical and biotech commercial leader with 20+ years of inclusive leadership, focused on driving European and global commercial launches in regulated, patient-centric environments. I’m known for translating complex clinical data into clear, actionable commercial strategies and building teams that deliver sustainable results.

Most recently, as a Country Manager with full P&L ownership, I established and led the French affiliate and accelerated market entry through digital and omnichannel solutions—strengthening HCP engagement and brand adoption. Before that, as a Business Unit Director (Ophtalmology), I restructured and integrated high-performing teams, delivered sustained >8% year-over-year growth, and drove end-to-end portfolio strategy across innovative injectable ophthalmology products.

Earlier in my career, I led large-scale commercialization across multi-market portfolios—accelerating Rinvoq’s launch by 18 months, embedding regional insights into global launch strategy, and advancing pricing and access outcomes. Whether in immunology, rheumatology, oncology, or digital engagement, I bring cross-functional leadership, HTA and reimbursement support expertise, and matrix management to turn evidence into value and execution excellence.
