What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can lead teams, improve customer experience, and hit KPIs. I want a workplace that values sales growth, and strong operational execution through clear goals and support.

I’m a highly dedicated retail management professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, efficient teamwork, and individual accountability. I consistently work toward achieving KPIs while keeping my teams aligned with the “betterment of the organization as a whole.”

In my current role as Store Manager at YD. Australia, I drive sales through a customer focused approach, team building, and visual merchandising. I manage rosters and payroll, handle store upkeep, manage opening and closing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while dealing with customer queries, complaints, and feedback.

Previously, I’ve grown my management experience as a Concession Manager at Politix Australia and as an Assistant Concession Manager for APG & Co Australia. I motivated teams, managed concession pad budgets, supported daily reporting, and kept performance on track by complying with company KPIs and achieving daily and weekly budgets.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my customer and operations foundation through customer support and digital platform work at Winstore.pk and Shopistan in Pakistan. I managed customer support teams, coordinated with IT/Sales/MIS to resolve queries, handled vendor onboarding via social/digital media, supported order fulfillment end-to-end, and managed website-related responsibilities while also contributing through content writing and onboarding.
