I've strengthened integrated HIV and primary healthcare services with Deloitte Consulting, Palladium Group Tanzania, and MDH, working alongside government institutions, development partners, civil society, and communities across Tanzania.
At Palladium, I led Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives across nine councils, contributing to approximately 95% improvement in targeted interventions. I expanded viral-load reporting facilities in Dar es Salaam and Dodoma, improved PMTCT data quality, and supported systems strengthening across seven regions and more than 20 councils.
I've also trained and coached more than 100 health professionals, supervised teams, developed CQI coaching modules, and turned programme evidence into knowledge products, practical solutions, and stronger organizational performance.
