What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HIV/TB program role where I can strengthen health systems, improve linkage to care through facility and community coordination, and drive high-quality monitoring & reporting—supported by mentorship and continuous quality improvement.

I support HIV and TB health systems strengthening through facility- and community-level programming, with a focus on improving linkage to care and treatment continuity.

In my roles, I provide facility-level clinical support while coordinating community health activities, health education, and follow-up for HIV/TB clients aligned with program indicators and donor-funded requirements.

I bring strong monitoring and reporting capabilities, maintaining structured clinical documentation and coordinating data collection, reporting, and communication between facilities, districts, regional teams, and project offices.

I also contribute to quality improvement (QI) and on-job mentorship—supervising healthcare workers, strengthening community-based health services (CBHS), and supporting HIV indicator monitoring (HTS, HVL, CD4, TB services, and GBV screening) toward 95-95-95 targets.
