What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build my career in IT and Technical Support, combining my Computer Engineering background, software development experience, and systems-thinking approach to troubleshoot issues, support users, and implement practical solutions. I’m eager to grow in software, systems, embedded, and IoT technologies.

I work with different digital systems to keep websites, systems, applications, automations, and booking platforms running smoothly. I’ve handled platforms such as NightsBridge, Booking.com, Agoda, LekkeSlaap, and GoHighLevel, as well as Firebase and various automations. When something goes wrong, I investigate the issue, figure out what’s causing it, and find a practical way to fix it. I also help users when they run into technical problems and look for ways to make the systems easier and more reliable to use. My software development background helps me understand both the technical side and what the business actually needs.
