ADA Coordinator and trauma-informed advocate specializing in accessibility compliance, accommodations, and prevention training.
What I'm looking for
I’m an ADA Coordinator and dedicated advocate for social justice, with a track record of serving individuals navigating complex systems while working within those systems to drive best practices. In my current role, I oversee compliance for university programs, activities, digital products, grounds, and facilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act, partnering across campus to develop and implement ADA Transition Plans.
I negotiate and document employment accommodations, facilitate and assess training tied to ADA/Rehabilitation Act and Title IX Pregnancy and Parenting, and strengthen case tracking by transitioning to the Symplicity platform. Previously, I led and supported prevention education and victim-centered advocacy through roles including Prevention Education Specialist, Contract Trainer, and Domestic Violence Specialist/Outreach Team Lead, where I delivered crisis intervention and case support, provided peer counseling, and trained staff and advocates on trauma-informed, system-aware practices.
