At HC Securities & Investments, I built the Business Intelligence function from the ground up, creating Power BI dashboards and reporting pipelines that replaced manual tracking and gave executive management real-time visibility into business KPIs. I also brought trading, CRM, and financial data into a unified architecture.
Earlier at HC Securities & Investments, I led development of financial systems and managed IT operations, then designed backend systems for El Watan newspaper and CBC channel at Future Media Group.
