I designed Dyson's inventory-accuracy process from scratch, reducing stock discrepancies by 18% through cycle counts, SAP/MRP adjustments, standardized SOPs, and a regular scrap process. I supported TMS implementation, tested an MRP upgrade to S/4HANA, prepared store launches with 100% SAP stock accuracy, and led performance reviews with logistics partners.
