At ASML, I own field business planning across products from new product introduction and volume ramp-up through phase-out. I consolidate field demand with Customer Sales & Support and translate it into stocking scenarios for monthly Integrated Demand & Supply planning.
I also develop tactical inventory strategies and align their execution across planning, supply, logistics and customer-facing stakeholders. My work balances service demand, production capability and inventory requirements.
Previously, at Thermo Fisher Scientific, I led global inventory planning for a spare-parts portfolio across an international warehousing network, with approximately $130M in inventory under my planning responsibility. I validated demand forecasts, made replenishment decisions and worked with regional logistics teams, sourcing and suppliers on capacity plans and shortages.
