At RockRidge Pharmacy, I provide daily virtual administrative support, manage patient calls, and coordinate prescription refill requests using BestRx and TopCloud. I maintain patient records in line with HIPAA requirements and coordinate with patients and healthcare providers.
Previously, I supported customers with technical and account concerns at UniversalTech Incorporated and Concentrix – Mactan. My experience also includes reception and front office support at AtoZ Services and Solea Mactan Resort.
