I’m a Dispatch Freight Planner who coordinates daily freight movement in fast-changing environments, balancing customer demand, driver availability, and limited equipment resources. In my current role, I plan and manage up to 100 vehicles while keeping equipment availability steady in real time.

I take ownership of operational continuity when disruptions hit—troubleshooting equipment shortages, scheduling conflicts, and delivery risks to minimize downtime. I optimize routes and load configurations, act as the communication hub between drivers, dock operations, and partners, and investigate shipment issues to prevent recurring service failures.

Before logistics, I led as an Owner / Operations Manager, building and running a full retail operation with responsibility for staffing, inventory, purchasing, and financial performance. I improved workflow efficiency through practical process changes, mentored my team, and maintained continuity by prioritizing competing demands during busy periods.

I also bring leadership and execution experience from roles including Campaign Manager and Landscape Foreman & Designer, where I managed day-to-day operations, coordinated crews, and adapted plans in real time to stay on track. I’m grounded in safety and handling fundamentals through my Transportation of Dangerous Goods and WHMIS-related training, plus practical material handling and cargo securement knowledge.
