Madison Lain

I am a credentialing specialist with a background in customer service, sales, merchandising and administrative support and hold a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design with academic honors. I bring a creative flair to sales, design, event planning and social media that helps grow audiences and attract clients.

In my current role I streamlined documentation and verification procedures, improved credentialing turnaround times, and ensured HIPAA and industry compliance by regularly updating policies and collaborating with providers. I expedited onboarding for new providers and developed strong interdepartmental relationships to improve verification cooperation.

Earlier roles in event staffing, bartending and as a barista sharpened my inventory, cash-handling, training and guest-service skills and honed my ability to perform under pressure. I am motivated by collaborative teams, creative problem solving and opportunities to bring energy and organization to operations.
