I’m looking to lead QA transformation in fintech/digital banking—building CI/CD shift-left quality gates, scalable automation, and AI-assisted validation, while mentoring teams and strengthening governance, KPIs, and release-risk reduction.

I’m a Quality Assurance Lead and SDET with 12+ years of experience architecting end-to-end QA automation strategies for high-volume fintech and digital financial services platforms across the MENA region. I lead QA transformation initiatives from manual-heavy workflows to mature, CI/CD-integrated quality frameworks—driving up to a 70% reduction in manual testing cycles and 40%+ fewer post-release production defects.

I specialize in establishing organisational quality governance, defining KPIs, and mitigating delivery risks through deep-dive root-cause analysis and automated quality gates. In regulated environments, I focus on auditability and compliance while strengthening release governance and quality culture change.
