What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an accounts receivable or order-to-cash role where I can improve collections, resolve disputes, strengthen reconciliation processes, and support teams with clear reporting and stakeholder collaboration.

I'm currently an Assistant Manager at Genpact, where I standardize AR reporting, prioritize high-risk accounts through aging reports, and help customers make prompt payments through clear communication.

I also support junior AR team members and stay current on AR practices to improve team performance and consistency across business units.

At Accenture, I've processed client receipts, investigated unidentified and unapplied cash, reconciled clearing accounts, and analyzed aging and PTP reports to address missed collections. I've partnered with O2C teams on invoicing and revenue-recognition changes while using advanced Excel formulas and VLOOKUP.

Earlier at Genpact, I maintained A/R records, managed collections on past-due accounts, reduced DSO, resolved customer claims, and supported payment, credit memo, and reconciliation processes.
