What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my front-office administration, customer service, and insurance/billing knowledge to support a patient-facing team, while also contributing my fashion design coordination skills like sample tracking and trend research.

I’m an administrative assistant with hands-on experience delivering impeccable customer service in patient interactions, handling scheduling, insurance verification, and front office check in/check out. At One Medical, I supported outreach, monitored patient feedback, and managed insurance authorizations for medications and referrals.

I also bring a creative, detail-driven side from fashion-focused roles—coordinating sample development and timelines with design teams, sending materials to vendors overseas, and performing trend & color analysis. With my FIDM fashion design background, I’m comfortable combining office organization, data entry, document filing, and practical garment/design support.
