What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging role where I can apply strategic planning, team leadership, and creative problem-solving to achieve business objectives.

I'm currently a Business Intelligence Supervisor at transcosmos Asia Philippines, where I mentor senior analysts and align BI initiatives with business strategy. I oversee Power BI solution development, quality, consistency, and data governance practices.

I previously led BI delivery at transcosmos Asia Philippines, designing Power BI dashboards and reports, deploying an agent-tracking and case-management web application, and supporting junior analysts. I work closely with stakeholders to turn requirements into efficient BI solutions from concept through early support.

Earlier, as a Workforce Analyst at Alorica Asia Philippines, I created agent schedules, analyzed client volume trends, and produced reports and dashboards for weekly and monthly business reviews.
