I’m looking to lead end-to-end BI and analytics programs—scoping and delivering compliant reporting, strengthening data governance, and aligning engineering and business stakeholders to turn complex data into executive-ready insights.

I’m a BI and Insights professional with 8+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder data and analytics programs in BPO and regulated gaming environments. I combine strong technical depth in SQL and BI platforms with hands-on program management—scoping, resourcing, delivery ownership, and risk management.

In my most recent role, I enabled scalable, compliant reporting post-acquisition by aligning data systems, governance, and cross-functional delivery. I scaled the team from 9→14 to meet expanded requirements, supervised 20+ regulatory/financial/operational workflows across a multi-system architecture, and reduced reporting inconsistencies by ~25% through governance reviews, automation, and standardized reporting SOPs.
