I'm a registered nurse currently coordinating comprehensive, evidence-based care at At Home Primary Care, including chronic-condition management, medication reconciliation, referrals, and transitions of care.

At Erlanger Baroness Hospital, I directed patient progression and discharge planning in Pre-op/PACU, reviewing documentation and provider orders to determine appropriate discharge, admission, placement, and level of care. I partnered across interdisciplinary teams to improve bed utilization, timely progression, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.

In the Neuro Trauma ICU, I led daily unit operations, assigned staff, managed patient throughput, and mentored newly hired nurses through competency-based education. As Unit Council Leader, I drove quality-improvement work focused on staff engagement, workflow optimization, communication, and evidence-based practice.

I've built my nursing practice around sound clinical judgment, accurate documentation, patient safety, and balancing quality outcomes with efficient resource utilization.
