What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote opportunities in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition where I can contribute across sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, behavioral interviewing, coordination, and candidate experience. I’m especially interested in international teams where I can continue developing through hands-on recruiting and structured evaluation.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a professional background in Psychology and hands-on experience in remote recruiting across LATAM and international teams.

I currently work as a freelance recruiter on project-based searches, handling candidate sourcing, screening, pre-screening, pipeline management, and initial assessment. I identify candidates through LinkedIn, inbound applications, and Google X-Ray Search, and use structured criteria and scorecards to evaluate profiles against role requirements.

Previously, at Fonselp.org, I contributed to full-cycle recruitment for remote teams across LATAM and Spain. I filled 10 positions within three months, conducted 30+ competency-based interviews using the STAR methodology, and achieved an average time-to-hire of approximately one week.
