I run Wakker wealth advisory, advising independent contractors and SME business owners on wealth planning. Previously at Personal Wealth, I guided more than 40 DGA entrepreneurs on pensions, investing, family mortgages, and testament optimisation.

Across NMi, Tomingroep, RNHB, Vesting Finance, PostNL, PQR, ISS Netherlands, Alliander, OGD ICT diensten, Nuon, Accenture, UPC, and Arthur Andersen, I've led finance, controlling, business analysis, and operational improvement assignments. At NMi, I professionalised finance across two entities, supported refinancing due diligence, and helped complete a transaction to a new owner.

I turn large volumes of data into actionable intelligence, building management reporting and improving data quality with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, AFAS, and ERP systems. My work includes budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, cash management, process design, automated invoice processing, and order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay improvements.

I'm focused on getting the basics right: solving problems at their root, building capable teams, and helping finance and operations work from better information. I combine accounting and controlling knowledge with Agile, Scrum, Lean, coaching, and clear communication across every level of an organisation.
