I am a senior business controller with deep experience linking finance, IT, procurement and operations to improve predictability, reporting and decision-making. I combine hands-on financial planning, budgeting and forecasting with a pragmatic focus on cost control, cloud and sourcing governance, and embedding organizational change.

Throughout my career I have led finance functions and consulting assignments across government, energy, tech and manufacturing, delivering SAP BPC implementations, IT cost-modeling, and tangible cost-avoidance and savings.
