What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a long-term opportunity with an Australian-based company where I can support clients remotely using my communication, administrative support, and customer service expertise—and keep learning and growing in the Virtual Assistant field.

I’m a people-oriented, highly adaptable professional with 15+ years of experience in customer service, recruitment, administrative support, ESL education, and events coordination. I’m known for being reliable and proactive, with strong strengths in communication, organization, scheduling, and problem-solving—while staying efficient and professional across fast-paced, multicultural environments.

While I may not yet have formal Virtual Assistant experience, my background has already built the essential skills for remote administrative and client support roles. I’ve managed online scheduling and communication as an ESL Communication Coach, led sourcing and recruitment workflows as a Senior Sourcing & Recruitment Manager, and delivered executive administrative support as an Administrative Assistant—plus I’ve provided high-volume customer care and coordinated end-to-end events from planning through execution.
