What I'm looking for
I'm a customer service and sales professional based in Kumasi, Ghana, with experience as a salesperson and shop attendant. In these roles I answered incoming customer calls, gave product and order information, handled complaints politely and professionally, and recorded customer details accurately. I also made follow-up calls to support sales and keep customer relationships strong, while managing several tasks at once.
I'm currently a student leader and peer mentor with BYU-Pathway Worldwide, where I coordinate study support for 30 to 40+ students. I act as the link between students and instructors, and I help students improve their English comprehension, writing and academic performance. This has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and patiently with people from different backgrounds. I'm also studying for a Bachelor's degree in Applied Health with a Public Health focus.
I'm interested in remote customer support and phone-based roles where I can help customers, solve problems and keep accurate records. My strengths are clear English communication, attention to detail, reliability and respect for customer confidentiality. I speak English, Fante and Asante, and I'm comfortable working with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
