I’m an Associate Product Manager (contract role) with the Disney Cruise Line, where I execute high-accuracy content entry in a CMS to support an outstanding guest experience. I partner with design and technology teams to ensure visual design, content strategy, copywriting, and development align to the strategic vision, while also supporting pre-commerce product builds, content updates, and documentation. I’ve also participated in on-call rotations to triage technical issues and maintain digital product uptime.
Before product work, I strengthened guest excellence at LEGOLAND Florida by managing digital feedback channels and using platforms like Yext and TripAdvisor to respond to reviews and spot trends. I analyze customer feedback patterns that influence marketing, PR, and operations, and I translate insights into actionable improvements using written communication and KPIs.
