I am an IT Associate with four years of experience in IT support, dedicated to providing exceptional technical assistance and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. My journey in technology began with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, which laid the foundation for my career. I have honed my skills in various roles, including my current position as an Associate Consultant at Thakral One Inc., where I serve as the point of contact for the L1 Support Team.
In my current role, I am responsible for creating tickets for incidents and requests, generating SLA reports, and monitoring applications and infrastructures hosted in an AWS cloud environment. My technical expertise extends to various monitoring tools such as Grafana, Superset, Druid, and Confluent. I pride myself on my ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Previously, I worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Wipro Technologies and Unisys Philippines Limited LLC, where I acted as the single point of contact for end-user issues, providing first and second-level support. My experience includes account management in Active Directory, software troubleshooting, and configuration, as well as network troubleshooting and mobile device management.
