At K12 / Stride's Lone Star Online Academy, I manage a virtual caseload of about 165 students and families, delivering live classes, proactive outreach, and targeted interventions that help students stay engaged and progress toward mastery.

I've supported a 96% state-testing participation rate through family communication and coordination, while using Canvas, Engageli, IXL, Nearpod, Eduphoria, and PowerSchool to monitor performance and personalize support. Nearly 100% of students in my weekly small-group interventions demonstrated mastery.

Previously, at No Student Unseen, I built an outreach pipeline of more than 500 schools, supported K–12 SEL curriculum development, and created monthly communications for over 100 recipients.

My foundation is in classroom teaching, RTI leadership, curriculum development, inclusive education, and family engagement. I've helped students meet academic goals, developed curricula for multicultural learners, and led volunteer and community programs across Houston-area churches.
