Registered Behavioral Technician delivering evidence-based interventions and reliable data to support client progress.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Registered Behavioral Technician focused on implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA and delivering consistent, compassionate support. I collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress to ensure the treatment plan stays effective.
In my mental health and outpatient experience, I supported clients with structured care—providing counseling and redirecting patients, facilitating group counseling activities, and coordinating day-to-day needs. I also worked directly with doctors and handled patient registration and check out, verified insurance information, and scheduled appointments within outpatient departments.
Alongside clinical work, I’ve built strong communication and planning skills through tutoring children when they were unable to attend public school, preparing lessons by student and subject, and maintaining proper records of lessons, subjects, and time spent. I kept open communication with parents to support each student’s needs.
Right now, I’m advancing my impact through daily work that includes assisting with skill acquisition programs (communication, social, and daily living skills), using reinforcement strategies, and reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based techniques. I maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines while collaborating with caregivers and participating in ongoing supervision and training.
