I'm looking to lead scalable talent, leadership, mentoring, and workforce capability programs that help organizations grow through change.

At Siemens Digital Industries Software, I lead global talent, leadership, mentoring, workforce capability, and learning technology initiatives for 27,000 employees across 46 countries. I’ve transformed early-career programs, built a global mentoring program with 100+ active mentors, supported 950 Siemens Leadership Excellence participants, and managed development programs for more than 1,000 managers.

I’ve also led workforce development and compliance training across four E. & J. Gallo wineries and directed Army readiness training for 7,000+ Soldiers annually. I bring experience in organizational development, executive and manager development, learning operations, vendor management, coaching, and enterprise change.
