Launched and operated a private online school, managing enrollment, compliance, vendor coordination, systems operations, and family communications. Led secondary school operations and academic planning, and built dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making in a lean startup environment.

Led Bureau of Indian Education eLMS implementation and rollout strategy across 58 Tribal schools by coordinating educators, IT teams, school leaders, and vendor partners. Built train-the-trainer and help desk processes, managed stakeholder communication, and tracked progress using dashboards for continuous improvement.

Directed implementation and support for virtual learning programs, leading LMS/SIS launches, user adoption, and large-scale training. Managed the academic program for iSchool Virtual Academy and helped improve accountability outcomes from an F to an A through stronger systems and support.

Led development of 200+ courses and supported online program design, teacher training, cross-functional coordination, and LMS administration for a large virtual learning environment. Coordinated across academics, product, training, customer service, sales, and marketing to improve learner and staff experiences.

Directed state-specific course customization, LMS administration, policy alignment, and teacher training across 38 states in a large-scale online education environment. Supported virtual academy operations and course approvals, building credibility with school and central-office stakeholders.
