What I'm looking for

I’m looking for leadership and program design work where culture change is measurable, partnerships are valued, and coaching drives adoption. I want to build reliable systems across in-person, digital, and hybrid learning—grounded in equity and clear execution.

For over ten years, I've been doing the same essential thing across very different contexts: designing systems and programs that change how people think, work, and relate to each other — and then building the infrastructure to make those changes stick.

As a K–12 principal and counselor at an independent school in Atlanta, I led culture, operations, and learning systems for a K–12 community, managing 20+ faculty and staff, implementing technology platforms including Blackbaud (SIS/LMS), designing school-wide behavior change programs, and building partner-enabled training ecosystems. I also owned our educational technology environment hands-on: training faculty, troubleshooting adoption, and building workflows that improved organizational responsiveness and follow-through.

Alongside my school leadership work, I've built a parallel body of work in gender-transformative programming as a published author, Udemy course creator, curriculum designer, and workshop facilitator. My work on masculinity and gender equity has been featured in Rolling Stone, and I've delivered programming for youth, educators, and parents through conferences, organizations, and digital platforms.

I'm now pursuing roles where I can apply this combined background in implementation consulting, learning & development, organizational leadership, or ed-tech — particularly where domain expertise in K–12, a deep understanding of human behavior change, and hands-on technical enablement experience create real value.

Partnered on strategic planning and implemented social behavior change initiatives (phone-free environment and Let Grow) with stakeholder alignment, staff enablement, and consistent follow-through.
