Led organization-wide culture, operations, and systems for a K–12 community of ~120–160 students, managing 20–25 faculty and staff across divisions. Partnered on strategic planning and implemented social behavior change initiatives (phone-free environment and Let Grow) with stakeholder alignment, staff enablement, and consistent follow-through.

Owned the school’s learning technology ecosystem by building, launching, maintaining, and training faculty and students on Blackbaud (SIS/LMS), driving adoption through clear workflows and hands-on support. Diagnosed and resolved a complex GA Futures data formatting problem by reverse-engineering file encoding requirements and documenting the solution for staff reuse.

Led day-to-day Upper School experience for ~40 students, managing 7–10 teachers and reinforcing consistent community norms, expectations, and accountability. Facilitated weekly faculty meetings, coached classroom systems and student support routines, and advanced the front-end hiring process through interviews with the Head of School/HR.

Built proactive student support systems by conducting 1:1 needs assessments with every Upper School student early in the year and establishing early intervention pathways. Researched and evaluated health and sex education curriculum approaches to strengthen wellbeing programming and family communication.

Designed and taught creative writing and media-focused courses, including Freshman Experience, Introduction to Moviemaking, Introduction to Screenwriting, Leadership Seminar, and Media and Society. Planned instruction and supported student development through structured course design and facilitation.

Overhauled Upper School transcript processes to strengthen rigor, consistency, and external compliance expectations. Co-authored the Student–Parent Handbook and Honor Code and helped redesign grading structures for clearer, fairer outcomes.

Established and facilitated a weekly student group for male high school students focused on masculinity, identity, healthy relationships, and community norms. Facilitated student-teacher conflict resolution and supported parents and teachers in accommodation and support conversations.

Supported division operations and student support processes by assisting teachers with day-to-day student needs and division logistics. Helped ensure consistent delivery of student support and operational workflows across the middle school.

Designed and taught Survey of Motion Picture History and A History of Chinese Cinema, delivering course content through curriculum preparation and instruction. Contributed to higher education teaching by translating academic material into clear learning experiences for students.

Completed an M.S. in School Counseling at Walden University in 2021.
